John-Luke is the Board & Council Associate at Human Rights Watch. He closely supports the operations of the Board of Directors, HRW’s highest governing body, and the HRW Council, the organization’s primary vehicle to connect supporters to the human rights cause and engage them in global activities.
He received his B.A. in Political Science and French Studies from Fordham University. Prior to joining Human Rights Watch, Jack interned at the Council of Europe’s Pompidou Group in Strasbourg, France and the International Rescue Committee in New York, USA. He speaks French.
