A photo posted on social media in May 2023 taken by an individual in eastern Ukraine showing two 9N128K3 warhead sections of 9M27K3 Uragan 220mm rockets, which exclusively carry and disperse PFM-1S antipersonnel blast mines. A phrase written in Ukrainian on one of the rockets says, “Від,” which translates as “from,” and Latin script that identifies a Ukrainian business. Human Rights Watch has blurred the name of the company written on the rockets and cropped the image to protect its identity. 

Ein im Mai 2023 von einer Person in der Ostukraine in den sozialen Medien gepostetes Foto zeigt zwei 9N128K3-Sprengkopfteile von Minenraketen des Typs 9M27K3 Uragan im Kaliber 220 mm, die spezifisch für den Transport und das Abfeuern von PFM-1S-Antipersonenminen bestimmt sind. Auf einer der Raketen steht in ukrainischer Sprache „від”, was übersetzt „von“ bedeutet, und in lateinischer Schrift der Name einer ukrainischen Organisation. Human Rights Watch hat den Namen der Organisation, der auf den Raketen steht, unkenntlich gemacht und das Bild beschnitten, um die Identität der Organisation zu schützen.
