Erika Nguyen is the former US-based senior coordinator in the Women’s Rights Division, where she focused on violence and harassment in the world of work, technology-facilitated gender-based violence, and the gendered impacts of the climate crisis. Before the Women’s Rights Division, she was the coordinator for development and outreach in Silicon Valley. Prior to joining Human Rights Watch, she worked at Participant Media and the Center for International and Regional Studies at Georgetown University in Qatar. Erika has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations with honors in the Graduate School of Education from Stanford University.
